1. ELIGIBILITY: The "Mike & Mike's Marriage Madness" Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding, without limitation, such residents if located in an overseas military installation, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories or foreign territories), 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of ABC Radio Networks, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (including, without limitation, Strobe Promotions, Inc.), are not eligible to enter. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. U.S. law governs this Contest. The sponsor ("Sponsor") of this Contest is ABC Radio Networks, 444 Madison Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10022.
2. TIMING: The Contest begins at or about 6:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on or about 2/7/06 and ends at or about 10:00:00 AM ET on or about 3/3/06 (the "Entry Period"). Elimination rounds begin on or about 3/13/06 at or about 7:40:00 AM ET and end at or about 6:00:00 PM ET on or about 4/6/06. Weekly poll questions will run from on or about 4/10/06 at or about 6:00:00 AM ET through about 9:00:00 AM ET on 5/25/06.
3. CONTEST DESCRIPTION: The Contest will provide one (1) couple the opportunity to get married on the campus of ESPN's headquarters in Bristol, CT during the Mike & Mike in the Morning show. Couples who wish to enter must complete and submit an online application, essay and photograph during the Entry Period. The top sixteen (16) scoring essays will be identified and those couples will be deemed "Finalists", and will be asked to submit a completed questionnaire and a video. Finalists will advance to the next round of the Contest the first elimination round. There will be a total of four (4) elimination rounds. Each weekday (Monday-Friday) between Monday, 3/13/06 and Thursday, 4/6/06, two couples will be featured and through a poll question, listeners, along with a panel of judges under the supervision of Sponsor , will vote on which of the two couples should advance to the next round of the Contest. The Championship Couple will be determined on 4/6/06. Once the winning couple has been determined, a weekly poll question will be asked between 4/10/06 and 5/25/06, to help determine the wedding details. The Championship Couple will be married at the Bristol campus of ESPN on Friday, 5/26/06.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, log on to ESPNRadio.com and click on the link to the "Mike & Mike's Marriage Madness" Contest page. In order to enter the Contest, you must be a member of espn.com or one of our family of sites (ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online, EXPN.com, Family.com, Movies.com). Registration is free. If you are not a member, you may register by clicking on the link as indicated on the Contest entry page and following the instructions. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, zip code, birth date, gender and to select a password. You may also be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to become a member or to win a prize. As a member, you may enter the Contest by first logging in to the system with your current username and password. You may then be asked to answer survey questions or to consent to receive promotional e-mails from the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. Answering survey questions or consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Contest or to win a prize. All eligible participants will then be required to do the following: 1) complete and submit an application including your name, the name of your spouse-to-be, mail addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth and a favorite team for both you and your spouse; 2) in the space provided within your application, write an essay of 250 words or less stating "How sports has brought you together" and "Why you deserve the Ultimate Sports Wedding at ESPN?"; and 3) upload a black & white or color photograph of you and your spouse to be which best exemplifies why you are the best couple for Mike & Mike's Marriage Madness. Photo must be the sole property of the entrant and entrant must have all necessary rights and permissions to share and distribute the photograph. Photo must either be JPG or GIF electronic formats and may not exceed 200K in size. Photo must be taken within six (6) months prior to the date of submission of entry. Once you have completed the above steps, submit your completed application, including essay, and photograph during the Entry Period. Entries may only be submitted online. Entries must be received by 10:00:00 AM ET on March 3, 2006 in order to be eligible. There is a limit of one entry per person, per couple (regardless of whether one person has more than one email address) or email address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address) during the Entry Period. Subsequent entries submitted by an entrant are void. Essay must be written in the English language. Entry, which includes application, essay and photograph, becomes the property of the Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entry must be in keeping with the Sponsor's image, and may not be offensive, nor can it defame, or invade upon the publicity rights or privacy of any person or otherwise infringe upon any person or entity's personal or proprietary rights, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor and its agencies (including, without limitation, Strobe Promotions, Inc.) are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if his or her email address changes. To do so, click on the help link at the bottom of any ESPN.com page, then click on the Change Personal Information link and follow the instructions. All entries will be declared made by the registered user of the email address.
5. JUDGING AND DETERMINATION OF FINALISTS: All entries received throughout the Entry Period will be judged and scored based on the following criteria: (i) Creativity -- 25%; (ii) Sports Passion -- 25%; (iii) Commitment to each other and this Contest -- 25% and (iv) Personality of couple -- 25%. Judging will be performed by judges under the supervision of the Sponsor. Entrants who submit the top sixteen (16) scoring entries will be declared Finalists. Becoming a Finalist is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, the entries involved in the tie will be reviewed by an additional judge who will serve as a tiebreaker and who will evaluate entries according to the criteria listed above. The decisions of the judges are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest ("Judges").
6. FINALIST NOTIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: Finalists will be determined and notified via telephone and/or email and/or overnight mail on or about 3/6/06. Finalists will be required to do the following: 1) Sign an affidavit of eligibility and a waiver and liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State Tax Release, and return same, properly executed; 2) Complete and return a questionnaire; and 3) Submit a video of themselves and their spouse-to-be exemplifying "How sports has brought you together" and "Why you deserve the Ultimate Sports Wedding at ESPN?" Video must be submitted in VHS or DVD format and must be no longer than five (5) minutes in duration. The above steps must be completed and returned to the Sponsor via regular or overnight mail by 3/10/06. Non-compliance within this time frame, failure to return documents as specified, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and a runner-up may be selected. Finalists must agree that if selected as the Grand Prize winner: 1) They will be married on the date, time and location determined by the Sponsor, and that certain details surrounding the wedding will be voted on and determined by listener voting and/or Sponsor. 2) They will keep a video journal of the time they are selected as the Grand Prize Winner, through the time they return from any trips awarded or taken in conjunction with this Contest. 3) They grant Sponsor and its designees the right to film, videotape and otherwise record and later use, reproduce, broadcast and distribute footage of their wedding and any trips awarded or taken in conjunction with this Contest in all forms of media, including, but not limited to, the Internet. 4) They agree to cooperate with Sponsor in attending press tours scheduled by the Sponsor. Transportation will be provided at the Sponsor's discretion. 5) They must apply for the appropriate legal documents in the State of Connecticut and agree to comply with all applicable Connecticut laws. Failure to accept any wedding details as specified by the Sponsor and/or listener voting or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and a runner-up may be selected. Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, or dispose of any entries, proper names, likenesses, photographs and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in all media (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Questionnaires may be provided to Finalists via email and/or overnight mail and/or telephone, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to record these interviews (if conducted via telephone) and use them on radio or TV or on the internet or on any media platform that exists or could exist in the future for promotion purposes.
7. ELIMINATION ROUNDS/LISTENER VOTING: There will be a total of four (4) elimination rounds that will run weekdays between Monday, 3/13/06 and Thursday, 4/6/06 on ESPNRadio.com. The following elimination rounds will occur as follows: Sweetheart 16: 3/13/06 -- 3/22/06; Engaged 8: 3/23/06 -- 3/28/06; Fabulous 4: 3/29/06 -- 3/30/06; Championship Round: 3/31/06 -- 4/6/06 Voting begins each day at 7:40:00 AM ET and ends each day at 6:00:00 PM ET. During these elimination rounds, two couples will be featured each day, Monday through Friday. During the Sweetheart 16 round, listeners will be able to go to ESPNRadio.com and click on links to review the essays, questionnaires and photographs of the 16 Finalists; during the Engaged 8 round, listeners will be able to click on links to review all of the above items plus the videos of the 8 remaining finalists; during the Fabulous 4 round, listeners will be able to click on links to review all of the above items plus an audio interview of the 4 remaining finalists; and during the Championship round, listeners will be able to click on links to review all of the above and possibly an on-air interview of the remaining two (2) couples. Listeners will respond to a poll question and vote online at ESPNRadio.com or via Mobile ESPN on which of the two couples featured on that day should advance to the next round of the Contest. Participation in this Contest by Mobile ESPN subscribers is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to such subscribers' voice and data service plan including, without limitation, SMS text messaging fees, as applicable. Wireless service may not be available in all areas. Listeners must provide their name and email address and may only vote once per day. Each day's winner will be determined by the Listener's vote and the Judge's vote applying the judging criteria listed in Rule 5. The results will be determined as follows: Listener vote -- 50%; Judges Vote under the supervision of Sponsor -- 50%. Each day's winner will be announced on the next Mike & Mike broadcast following the vote. The seeding of the 16 Finalists will be based on their score achieved during the Entry Period (i.e., the Finalist with the highest score will be set to compete with the Finalist with the lowest score.) In the case of a tie, the Finalist who entered first will be seeded higher. The winners of these rounds will face each other to determine the Championship Couple. The Championship Couple will be notified and declared the Grand Prize winners on Thursday, 4/6/06. Winning is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, the entries involved in a tie will be reviewed by an additional judge appointed by the Sponsor who will serve as a tie-breaker and who will evaluate the tied entries according to the criteria listed in Rule 5.
8. WEEKLY POLL QUESTIONS: Once the Championship Couple has been determined, Mike & Mike will conduct a weekly poll question via ESPNRadio.com and Mobile ESPN, weekdays, between 4/10/06 and 5/25/06 to help determine certain wedding details, such as attire, music, decorations and other wedding details that may be relevant to the Couple. Weekly Voting would begin Monday, 4/10/06 at 6:00 AM ET and conclude on Friday at 9:00 AM ET each week. In the event of a tie, wedding details will be determined by the Sponsor, in conjunction with the Couple. Sponsor will work with the Championship Couple to determine the wedding details; however, final decisions are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each week's winning wedding detail will be announced on the next Mike & Mike broadcast following the vote.
9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: Entrants represent and warrant the following: 1) that he/she is the original author of any and all materials posted, uploaded or otherwise sent to Sponsor. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party's pre-existing work does not qualify as entrant's original creation; 2) the entry will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. Entrants are prohibited from posting or otherwise uploading to the website any material that infringes on any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights of another (including publicity and privacy rights). Sponsor reserves the right to reject entry submissions for actual or potential violations of third party intellectual property rights. 3) that the submission is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; 4) that the material submitted is not obscene, offensive, libelous, pornographic, threatening, abusive, does not contain illegal content, or is otherwise objectionable, that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law; 5) that all information submitted on behalf of this Contest, including information contained within the essay, the questionnaire and video, is truthful. Entrant acknowledges that nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between entrant and Sponsor. In no way is entrant to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of Sponsor in any respect.
10. PRIZES:

All terms and conditions related to Gift Card apply. $20,000 will be awarded to the couple to assist them with the taxes on the prize value. Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $71,339.72. In addition to Finalist prize and Runner up prize, total ARV for Finalist, Runner-up and Grand Prizes is: $154,594.60. Sponsor's decisions on wedding details and guest list are final. Grand Prize Winner and their guests will be required to submit a waiver and release form as well as a travel release form prior to the wedding. IF FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME, AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, THE SPONSOR DETERMINES THAT THE CHAMPIONSHIP COUPLE CANNOT FULFILL THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF THIS CONTEST, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THE WINNER, AND SELECT A RUNNER-UP WINNER, OR ALTERNATELY, TO CANCEL THE EVENT, IN PART OR IN ITS ENTIRETY. Sponsor reserves the right to make any changes to the date, time, location and details of the wedding at any time, at its sole discretion.
11. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize, in whole or in part, is unavailable. Prize is not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. If any part of the event is unable to take place as planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, an event of force majeure or any event that is not within the control of the Sponsor or its agents, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor's obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Actual ARV of any travel may vary based on winner's point of departure and existing rates at time of travel; winning couple and any guests attending the wedding must sign a travel release prior to traveling; The Championship Couple must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or trip prize will be forfeited. Travel is subject to availability and confirmation of reservations; certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer. The Championship Couple must travel on the same itinerary at the same time and must possess valid ID in order to travel. All travelers must possess valid ID in order to travel. All taxes and any other costs related to a prize not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one Finalist prize per couple. All prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of entries received. Winners shall receive no further compensation or credit for use of the entry submission other than that disclosed in these Official Rules. Sponsor shall have no obligation (express or implied) to further exploit, develop, produce, or distribute any entry submission.
12. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. By participating in this Contest, Finalists and Grand Prize Winner consent to the use of their names, images, likenesses, photographs, essay submissions, voices and biographical materials for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by the Sponsor, including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the Press for viewing, whether TV, print or radio, in any media or manner, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice or approval, except where prohibited by law. By participating in this Contest, entrants (and in particular, Finalists ) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (including, without limitation, Strobe Promotions, Inc.) and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders ("collectively, the "Releasees") from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. By entering this Contest, winners agree to grant the Sponsor, its agents, subsidiaries and affiliates an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity and any other rights entrant has in any and all materials submitted by him/her/them in connection with this Contest including, without limitation, any footage taken at the wedding or at any time after the Finalist has been declared a winner, in any media now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation, the Internet) for any and all promotional and/or commercial purposes, without additional compensation. Further, entrant grants Sponsor the additional license to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium or technology, including the right, at Sponsor's sole discretion, to distribute such materials to be published by third-parties. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of any winner/spouse, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports. To the extent necessary under law, winner/spouse shall authorize this background check. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by winner/spouse in his/her interview. In that regard, winner/spouse will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information so that Sponsor may conduct such investigation. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify a winner/spouse based on the background check, and select an alternate.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by New York law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Contest or any prize awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in New York County, New York state, i.e., Manhattan, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased
14. PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by Entrant as part of this Contest will be used to administer the Contest, select prize winners and fulfill prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy accessible on its website at www.espn.com.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged or stolen entries or submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. All dates and times are approximate and may be modified as deemed necessary at the Sponsor's discretion. Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website or submit an online entry form or photograph, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by the Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest for any reason, including earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest at any time without notice, if in the judges' opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Contest. In such event, Sponsor may void any entries they suspect are at issue and award prizes from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Contest in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant's eligibility to participate in the Contest. Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with this competition via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
